True or False: Your photos will look better with bright sunlight, rather than overcast skies.

This is false! As in most other kinds of photography, bright sunlight can actually be a detriment to good photos, because of the harsh shadows and odd light casts that can come from particularly strong sunlight. Cloudy or overcast days can produce better results, even if it doesn’t look quite as pretty outside.

Wow Video Tours uses blended exposures to produce High Dynamic Range (HDR) photos both inside and out. This combined with our specific style of editing and our ability to replace the cloudy skies with blue skies and white clouds, means you’ll get the best of both worlds. If it’s a bright sunny day, we can mitigate those shadows in editing. If it’s a cloudy day, you’ll have beautiful pictures but still have the bright blue skies that you desire to set your listing apart.

So the next time you’re considering rescheduling your appointment or ordering exteriors for a different, sunnier day, just leave it to the expert Vidtographers at Wow Video Tours to capture the best media possible.
